SAM EVANS was last night crowned Big Brother 2013 winner as the bookies' favourite lived up to his expectations in the voting.
Welshman Sam, 23, pipped rival Dexter Koh to the title after seeing off the other three finalists Jack & Joe Glenny, Gina Rio and Charlie Travers.
The five finalists survived the thrills and spills of this years' ordeal but nice-gyu Sam prevailed the victor on the final day of the nine week ordeal.
Victorious Sam picked up the prize of £100,000 and admitted outside of the house: "I can't believe it, I can't believe it, I'm lost for words… I'm shaking."
"I'm going to give 25% to charity, I'm going to give 25% to family and friends and then keep 50% for the future, to make it secure and make myself feel comfortable," he said.
Sam Evans admitted he was "weary" of rival Dexter to presenter Emma Willis.
"On the first night, he kind of ignored me, I tried my best to get to know him.
"But he let me down a few times," he said.
Sam Evans admitted to liking housemate Gina on Sunday and cleared the issue up on tonight's show: "I do have a real good connection with Gina.
"If I was to have a girl of my choice I'd really want that connection and have really good conversation that just flows."

Gina Rio, who finished third, admitted how the show had changed her from the "spoilt brat" she was labelled as when she entered the house.
She said: "I thought I'd keep to myself at first.

"People were saying 'Wow you've really changed from the girl that entered those doors.'
"I started to really noticed it myself."
The twins and Charlie both spoke out against runner-up Dexter - suggesting the contestant had "played a game" and not been "genuine".

Charlie, who finished in fifth, exposed Dexter's love interest for her as fake and admitted to presenter Emma Willis that she didn't believe it was real.
"I don’t think Dexter’s feelings are genuine. I got sucked into it.
"I came to the realisation yesterday morning that it was just a load of rubbish," she added.
Fourth place Jack and Joe disliked "aggravating" Dexter.
"He's played a game since day one and it's aggravating.
"But no he's playing it like a mug," they said.
Yet, disliked Dexter was surprisingly praised by third finalist Gina and he admitted to still not knowing who he is as a person.

Favourite Sam was 8/11 with betting agency Wiliam Hill to win the final at the start of the night and gradually moved to 1/3 by the time him and Dexter were left in the house together.
Before the final the remaining housemates' odds stood at Dexter 9/4, Gina 4/1, Jack & Joe 16/1 and Charlie 66/1.
